The thing is with Kyacey Uscola is he’s very seasoned and Has been in the game for a long time, he knows what he likes to do. I’m not saying I agree or disagree with Kyaceys comments on the over training. I think Tito and the staff did a great job of getting us ready for our fights, but we may have needed to back off a slight bit a day or two before the fights. Kris McCray is a great guy and great fighter but he may have suffered from a little bit of over training right before his fight with Josh Bryant, but only Kris can tell you that.
Fight
The Fight matchup between Nick Ring and Court McGee is a great match up for both guys i think. They are both very tough and seasoned veterans that have a lot of heart. I think it was a great fight on both guys part though I believe Ring didn’t fight up to his potential in the fight and I’m sure Nick would tell you the same thing. He has amazing combinations but wasn’t putting them together in that fight. He was throwing one kick or one punch at a time and wasn’t setting things up like he normally does. Either way it was an amazing fight and i’m sorry that it ended the way it did, being controversial and all.
Liddell’s reaction
The think Liddell had a legitimate reason to get a little mad. Hes a very passionate guy as all fighters are so when things don’t go our way we sometimes blow up.. Especially when you feel like you may be getting the short end of the stick, and that’s what happened with Chuck. Hes a great coach, fighter and person in general. If chucks mad you know there’s a reason for it!
