Could Lesnar Pull a Ortiz on TUF 13, Roy Nelson Thinks so
There has been speculation that Roy “Big Country” Nelson could be taking on the former two-time UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir. Nothing has been officially signed of yet, but the alleged fight could take place on May 28th in Vegas for UFC 130.
Today the comedic Nelson was on MMAWeekly radio with Damon Martin and the talk about him possibly fighting Mir was brought up early in the interview. Nelson said that nothing is set in stone, and then gave his thoughts on Junior Dos Santos and Brock Lesnar being coaches for The Ultimate Fighter.
Nelson believes that Lesnar might pull a Tito Ortiz (season 11) and will withdraw as a coach mid-season of the show. He then went on to add that the UFC will then have either Shane Carwin or Frank Mir step in and then proceed to take on Junior Dos Santos post TUF. But for Big Country, he thinks he’ll get the “leftovers” of this situation.
Fans of the UFC and MMA will likely be very surprised to hear Nelson’s thoughts on the situation, and what’s more surprising then the statement is that it could actually happen.

I don’t think Roy has ever turned down any “leftovers”.
Tito got kicked off the show as a coach , because he had to have neck surgery.
That’s a ridiculous spin to put on lesnar showing on the show, tito on both of the seasons he coached has been on of, if not , the best coach for anyone. He past on as much knowledge as he had and he was in there training with everyone. So if lesnar does pull”a Tito” that means the get the best traing camp ever on the show
