Ultimate Fighter Winner Kendall Grove Signs with Aggression Fighting Championship
Aggression Fighting Championship (AFC) has signed UFC veteran and The Ultimate Fighter winner Kendall Grove to a multi-fight contract. “Da Spyder” won’t be wasting any time making his AFC debut either as he’ll be co-headlining the AFC 14 card on November 3rd in Victoria, BC.
After winning season 3 of The Ultimate Fighter, Kendall Grove went on to fight 13 times inside the UFC Octagon where he compiled a 7-6 record. The Hawaiian native was released from the promotion in May of 2011, after losing three of four fights. Since the release Grove has fought five times in four different organizations, going 4-1 and winning the ShoFight middleweight championship.
“All I hear is good things about this AFC promotion. I’m just stoked to get in the AFC cage and fight! I want to show these fans what “Da Spyder” is all about,” said Kendall Grove.
Grove doesn’t know who he’ll be fighting as of yet but the AFC 13 main event will feature a lightweight bout between recently released from the UFC John Alessio versus Dave Mazany. You can watch Kendall Grove make his AFC debut on November 3rd live or via pay per view, for more information check out the Aggression Fighting Championship website.
