UFC on Fuel TV 5: Struve vs. Miocic Predictions

After holding their first event in six weeks this past Saturday the UFC is back again this Saturday with the UFC on FUEL TV 5 card from Nottingham, England. Thankfully the main card will air live here in the states on FX starting at 1pm PT / 4pm ET, with the complete preliminary card streaming live on Facebook.

The six bout UFC on FUEL TV 5 main card is headlined by a five round non-title fight between heavyweights Stefan Struve and Stipe Miocic. They’ve got five round to determine a winner but if their past bouts are an indication of things to come, don’t count on the judges playing a factor in this one.

Being in England, the UFC on FUEL TV 5 fight card features many UK fighters. Of the 11 fights on the card, nine of them include at least one UK. In the night’s co-main event, fan favorite Dan Hardy will look to make it two wins in a row as he takes on The Ultimate Fighter winner Amir Sadollah. Other notable UK fighters on the card include John Hathaway, Brad Pickett, Che Mills and promotional newcomers Jimi Manuwa and Tom Watson.

Last week’s UFC 152 was a solid night of fights but an ugly night of predictions by you know who. After going a miserable 5-7 our overall record took a hit and is now at 149-106. We shook off the rust and are ready to turn things around this weekend at UFC on FUEL TV 5.
