Saturday’s UFC on FOX 5 will be the fourth event this year on FOX and only the second time the network televised event will be headlined by a title fight. The first ever FOX card was headlined by the heavyweight title fight between Cain Velasquez and Junior Dos Santos but only featured one televised bout. UFC on FOX 5 will have the traditional four bouts on FOX is headlined by the lightweight champion Benson Henderson making his second title defense against Ultimate Fighter winner Nate Diaz.

Mike Swick gets new Contract and fight at UFC on FOX 5

Fan favorite Mike Swick, has signed a four fight extension with the UFC and will face Matt Brown at UFC on Fox 5 on December 8th at the Key Arena in Seattle, Washington. Swick spread the news via. his twitter account (@officialswick). Swick last fought in August against DeMarques Johnson, earning his second knockout of the night honors with a second round KO.

The next time he puts his belt on the line will be at UFC on Fox 5, December 8th against the infamous Nate Diaz. Though this will be one of the UFC's last UFC events of the year, with these two fast pace fighters headlining, it probably won't be the least. Both fighters are on an impressive win streak against notable fighters and have already stated that they are ready for war.
